Terms & Conditions


  1. On your first appointment, please arrive 10 minutes before appointment time for your free consultation with your therapist/complete any relevant forms.
  2. Each of our Therapists operate a one-to-one personal service. All appointments, free consultations and enquiries must be made in advance. Please ensure that you leave your name and contact details if you are to reach the answer phone/voicemail.
  3. Treatment must strictly be paid in full 48 hours before appointment.
  4. From 15th January 2015 gift vouchers will only be redeemable on full price treatments.
  5. A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given by clients who cannot make their appointment. If this is not followed then refund or reschedule will not be offered. If the client is on a treatment course and does not give the minimum 48 hours notice then the session will be deducted from the course.
  6. Clients who do not turn up for appointments without giving notice will not be offered a refund or reschedule. If the client is on a course and does not turn up without giving notice then the session will be deducted from the course.
  7. If a client is late for an appointment then they will lose that time from their appointment. For example if a client has a 1 hour appointment from 13:00 to 14:00 and only arrives at 13:30 then the appointment will last for 30 minutes and still finish at 14:00. With some services the full appointment time is required to complete the treatment. If a client is late for such an appointment then the appointment will not be possible and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
  8. Children under the age of 12 must not be left unattended on the premises.
  9. All new clients must fill out a medical form before any treatment commences. 
  10. Use of the vibrating plate will only be granted once induction has been completed and disclaimer has been signed.
  11. Evanesce Utopia may request to take photographs before and after treatment to show results for marketing purposes.
  12. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and have a 3 month expiry date. *Please note: 2014 'Black & White'  design gift cards will not be accepted after 15th October 2015. 
  13. Any competition prizes must be claimed & used within 6 weeks from announcement date. Any unclaimed prizes and expired Gift vouchers will be donated to local charities to use in raffles/auctions/events.
  14. Premium Membership discount is valid only on full priced treatments (apart from special events held especially for Premium Members where which a discount code will be provided). No Gift vouchers or credit can be used in conjunction with Premium Membership discount.
  15. Laser Lipolysis clients must be aged 18 or over and must be able to produce proof of age on request.
  16. Minimum of two days must be left between each Laser Lipolysis treatment on the same area.
  17. Laser Lipolysis clients must be aware that results will vary based on exercise and diet post-treatment.Clients must be aware that more sessions will be required for areas with excessive body fat.
  18. Premium Membership discount is valid only on full priced treatments (apart from certain special events held especially for Premium Members where which a discount code will be provided). No Gift vouchers or credit can be used in conjunction with Premium Membership discount.The Premium Membership 'Free' Birthday Gift excludes; Premium branded products, Diamond Microdermabrasion, Microcurrent with Photon Therapy & i-Lipo Laser Lipolysis. Please ask your therapist what treatments are included.
  19. Please note ALL treatment times are approximate estimated times and may vary. 
  20.  Clients are required to follow management policies and procedures whilst on company premises at all times.
  21. Management reserves the right to refuse treatment if they feel it is in the best interest of the client and/or company.
  22. Management reserves the right to amend or change these Terms & Conditions in the interest of the business.
